Manager's Message

Dear All,
By God’s grace I feel fortunate to be a part of this school team on it's website launch as we celebrate its golden jubilee.

On 7th June 1938, the day of "Ganga Dussehra” Smt. Ram Devi Tandon also known as "Mata ji" planted a small seed by forming a women's spiritual skill development- and educational society named as "Mahila Vidhya Mandir Prayag." Under this society Rama Devi Junior High School was opened which developed into Rama Devi Balika Inter College.

In 1975, a small unit of English Medium school was started. It was named Rama Devi Shishu Vihar. After 25 years, in 2001, this school was renamed as "Rama Devi Convent School".

In 2016, Rama Devi Balika Inter College got affiliated to U.P. Board for classes 1 to 12th. So, Rama Devi Convent School got converted to Pre-School only.

The seed sown by Mata Ji has now grown into a big tree. As a manager for the past nine years, I have seen this tree grow with many infrastructural & academic development. The website launch is one such development. It will keep us updated on school news, events and activities. We will be able to find important information, photos & resources at our fingertips.

I am thankful to our team who has brought this educational tree to its present level by their dedication commitment & hard work & my best wishes for the future team who would carry forward its good name.

To be a part of this team gives me immense pleasure & makes me feel proud. My role in this team is similar to the squirrel of Ramcharit Manas, who helps in building the Ram Setu for Lord Ram.

May the almighty guide and strengthen us so that we may take this tree to greater heights. Jai Hind !
